When I went to put my Silverstone RAID card into a new Fujitsu server (TX1310 M3) I found I couldn’t press CTRL+R to access the Silverstone BIOS.

After much trial and error I found I needed to enable CSM (Compatibility Support Module) in the Fujitsu server BIOS.
